Back to normal

The electrical companies in Spain (including Iberdrola)  could return to invoicing every two months if the consumer complaints persist and irregularities in the invoicing information continue.

Monthly invoicing  was intended to give more information to the consumer and encourage savings to be made. However, the bills sent out are estimates which in some cases have differed greatly from the actual consumption. Promises to refund any overpayments have been met with a barrage of complaints.

So, it is possible that we may be back to paying bimonthly in arrears as we were before.
